Reservation and Cancellation

  1. All reservations for our sunset cruises must be made in advance.
  2. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate changes whenever possible.
  3. Cancellations or changes to the reservation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time to qualify for a full refund.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • In the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that lead to the cancellation of a scheduled cruise, we will make every effort to notify our guests as soon as possible.
  • If we cancel a cruise due to weather or other safety concerns, guests will be offered the choice of rescheduling their booking or receiving a full refund.

No-Show Policy

  • Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled cruise without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.

   – Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be credited to your account.
